This is just the class and training. Exams and Certification needs to be done separately with AWS
- Course Enrollment: 1.1 By enrolling in the course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 1.2 Enrollment in the course is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. 1.3 You must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
- Course Content: 2.1 alden.social may provide access to the online AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C03 course materials, which may include videos, documents, quizzes, and assignments. 2.2 The course content is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from Alden.Social.
- Remember AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C03 is a Live Interactive Class, we don’t provide recordings.
- Course Duration and Access: 3.1 The course duration will be specified at the time of enrollment. 3.2 Access to the course materials will be provided for the duration specified upon enrollment. 3.3 Alden.Social reserves the right to modify, update, or remove course content without prior notice.
- Payment and Refunds: 4.1 Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of enrollment. 4.2 Refunds will be not be granted under any circumstances.
- Course Completion and Certification: 5.1 To receive a certificate of completion, you must meet the course requirements as outlined by Alden.Social. 5.2 The certificate of completion is not an official AWS certification and is issued solely by Alden.Social.
- It is your primary responsibility to attend the class, you are entitled to attend only the batch you sign up, students failing to attend for whatsoever reason will never be compensated by us including switching batches.
- Conduct and Participation: 6.1 You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. 6.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and Alden.Social reserves the right to revoke course access without refund in such cases.
- Intellectual Property: 7.1 All course materials and content provided by Alden.Social are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 7.2 You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any course materials without explicit written permission from alden.social.
- Technical Requirements: 8.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements to access and participate in the course. 8.2 Alden.Social is not responsible for any technical issues related to your internet connection or hardware.
- Limitation of Liability: 9.1 Alden.Social will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date course content, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information. 9.2 Alden.Social will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the course.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of TamilNadu, India. 10.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of aldenz (the “Company/Firm”) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from enrolling in the course.
